Property in the Whitsunday region continues to grow.

With new developments like "Ivana Great Barrier Reef", which is being promoted by Ivana Trump, former wife of Donald Trump, and marketed as a 'Paparazzi Free Zone' indicates that Airlie Beach and the Whitsunday’s may soon become the new play ground for the Rich and Famous. And why not, our climate is fantastic, there are 74 islands at our back door step to explore, and we offer a kicked back lifestyle without all the glitz of Gold Coast.

Airlie Beach and the Whitsunday’s is not just for the Rich and Famous, everybody can enjoy this beautiful area. With many new projects, you can lock in the PRICE today by buying "Off The Plan" or use CPQ's search function and find your piece of Paradise.

The Real Estate market in Airlie Beach and the Whitsunday’s continues to receive inquiry from Investors from Intrastate (QLD) and Nationally. Foreign Investment is still strong, and with the talks regarding ‘Free Trade’ with the USA this could soon see Airlie Beach and The Whitsunday’s being the flavor of the month, with buyers from the USA able to buy existing residential property if the ‘Free Trade Agreement’ is passed in the current form.

Airlie Beach is also maturing in population with many Southerners making the “Sea Change” and choosing The Whitsunday as their new home, the local primary school continues to grow with the increase in families and it won’t be to long until Airlie Beach has its own Public Secondary School which is currently in Proserpine. The Private schools have arrived in the form of Whitsunday Christian Collage which covers everything from Prep to Year 12.

If you’re a builder “GET UP HERE”, the growth of the area has seen people on a waiting list to have their new home built another good indication of the growth in the area.
